I am a dedicated cybersecurity enthusiast with a strong academic foundation, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. I am equipped with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a range of relevant, industry recognized, IT certifications, and practical experience, I am committed to fortifying organizational defenses against evolving threats. Backed by an Associate's degree in Cybersecurity, my continuous pursuit of knowledge and skill enhancement drives my mission to contribute robust cybersecurity solutions, safeguarding digital landscapes and ensuring the highest levels of data integrity and protection.

- In this role, I contribute to fostering a security-conscious culture throughout the organization, and sharing information security best practices at all levels.
- It requires that I maintain a keen awareness of the ever-evolving IT security landscape, staying attuned to the latest developments. Playing an active role in enhancing the security framework, incorporating principles of Network Security, Vulnerability Assessment and Management, Incident Response, Penetration Testing, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- I monitor the operational efficiency and functionality of security solutions while reviewing logs and reports across all devices, and conduct thorough research into emerging threats, evaluating software security compliance, and strategically enhancing our security apparatus.
- Also I perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to fortify our systems and networks against potential risks and evaluate software vendors for security compliance and risks prior to initiating purchases.
- This journey demonstrates my steadfast commitment to safeguarding our digital realm, contributing to a more secure and resilient organizational landscape.
- My role was to support all aspects of the telematics ECU device which operates in a Linux environment for Lucid vehicles. The tasks were to retrieve and diagnose system logs, remove and transfer new bundle firmware files onto the telematics unit, and confirm correct partitions. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Wi-Fi and LTE connectivity issues.
- Perform root cause analysis on the issues that arise with the telematics unit and access control module, and capture the telematics unit snapshot file when an issue is unresolved, review the log files and escalate to the next level if needed.
- Flash new software onto TCU and ACM modules, pair key fobs to the ACM as part of support for the production line, and flash security nodes when new software has been released. Bench test new software releases on the telematics unit and report results in Jira.
- Document standard procedures and create of flow charts for process improvement in Confluence.
- I developed and implemented a cloud-based web application solution for mobile devices to digitally enter delivery ticket information and track employee hours, saving the business owner hundreds of man-hours by optimizing manual processes into an efficient mobile application.
- Also I am tasked with providing on-going maintenance and support for the application and the cloud-based spreadsheet database that was developed as the back-end database for the mobile web application.
- I provide continued device management and support for mobile devices issued for mobile delivery ticket entries, along with supporting business technical support on computer hardware, software, SOHO network for continued business operations.
- Beyond my general licensed dental hygiene duties in my role with Dr. Ehrbright, I acquired deep experience with interacting with customers, troubleshooting, and overseeing a patient recall system and providing technical support and repair for hardware and software as needed to optimize processes.
- I was also tasked with utilizing problem analysis, judgment, problem solving, and attention to detail skills efficiently throughout my dental hygienist career.
- I assisted with technical support during and after the transition from a paper office to a digital office, and then again as we transitioned to utilizing a new software platform to administer our electronic medical records.
- Finally, I ensured the continual increase of operations efficiency and saved hundreds of man-hours by creating and automating our periodontal charting and creating clickable templates to quickly document the clinical notes.
- General duties of a licensed dental hygienist, working closely and intimately with the clientele, assessing, critical thinking, and providing treatment related to the scope of my licensed duties.
- Carefully and efficiently examine gums, using probes, to locate periodontal recessed gums and signs of gum disease.
- Chart and monitor conditions of decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by the dentist while maintaining dental equipment and dental instruments.
